OUR BUSINESS
We are a family owned business, working in the elevator and escalator industry with over 40 years experience. Over the years as we watched this industry grow, we began to realize that honesty and integrity were being lost in the commercialism of larger companies. The ability to work with the customer one on one from start to finish of every job was being lost to automation and the shuffle from one employee to another. We started On The Level Elevator & Escalator with the belief that a business run by making everyone’s opinion count while maintaining superior quality to our customers would be beneficial to everyone. At On The Level we strive to bring this to you by promising excellent service and superior workmanship.
